We have initiated the process of adaptation from our pharmacy to the norm of ISO 9001, which us permitira to continue in our race to be able to give the best service and of the best quality to our apereciada customer.

Norm ISO 9001 elaborated by the Organization the International for the Standardization, specifies the requirements for a system of management of the quality that can be used for their internal application by the organizations, for certification or with contractual aims. It is centered in the effectiveness of the management of the quality to give fulfillment to the requirements of the client.
This international norm does not include specific requirements of other systems of management, such as those individuals for the environmental management, management of the security and occupational health, financial management or management of risks. Nevertheless this international norm allows an organization to integrate or to align its own system of management of the quality with requirements of related systems of management.

SIGRE, society limited without profit spirit, is the “Integrated System of Management and Collection of Packages” of the pharmaceutical sector.
It is constituted by the institutions that represent the groups that operate in this sector - laboratories, pharmaceutical distribution and offices of pharmacy and counts on the support and the trusteeship of the public administrations.
What is necessary to take to the pharmacy?
· The empty medicine packages
(By empty package, the part is understood of the packing that is been in contact with the medicine: to blister empty, empty syrup bottle, bottle of injectable emptiness, etc…), including the cartonaje and I prospect.
· The packages with rest of medicines (although one is packages without beginning)
· The expired medicines.

- Thermometers, prótesis, x-rays, glasses, needles, syringes, material of you cure, sharp objects…
